3) Put the mouth tray into the mouth and cover the teeth. Turn on the whitening light.
4) Treatment will end automatically in 10 minutes, you can do one or two more sessions based on your needs. Rinse or brush your teeth after treatment.

You can see it's working from the first use! Very recommended. Only thing that was difficult to me was to figure the amount of gel I had to put since in the video it doesn't show. However, after some discomfort (I put too much) I went to YouTube and check for other similar products and figured I needed to put much less and in a line on top and bottom (that would only cover the teeth and not gum) and voila. Really like it.

Works properly and see results in a timely manner. I do like the automatic timer it has, very convenient inside of the hassle of having to watch the clock. It is a big too big so it's uncomfortable for me to keep in longer than 10 minutes (I have a small adult mouth) and it's bothersome to the gums. Do your best to keep the gel off your gums.

Wow! This product is great! I have very sensitive teeth so I first tried out the first two sessions only for 10 minutes on two separate days to test if my teeth would become more sensitive and they DIDNT! So after wards I increased to two 10 minute sessions and still no increased sensitivity. And finally I went to the recommended 30 minutes a day. I’ve done about 5 sessions now and my teeth are noticeably whiter! The best part is that I still have SO much product left! I will be able to do many sessions in the weeks to come and look forward to having them get even whiter!
